The AS 565 Panther multirole light helicopter is the military version of the Dauphin, capable of transporting 8 to 10 commandos to the combat zones, casualty evacuation and logisitic support. The AS 565 SB is the armed version of the shipborne Panther. It will be carried on board a combat vessel to boost the vessel's observation, reconnaissance and attack capabilities well beyond the range of the vessel's detection system.

The AS 565 helicopter is armed with Giat M621 20mm cannon pods, 68mm and 70mm unguided rockets. It also carries Matra Mistral air-to-air missiles, AS 15 TT anti-surface missiles, HOT anti-tank missiles, and mk46 or Whitehead A.244/S anti-submarine warfare torpedoes missiles

The Dassault Super Etendard is a single seat Strike Fighter jet, first introduced into service in 1978. This is an updated version of the Etendard IVM. Based on the experience gained during the Korean War (1950-53), French authorities drew up specifications for a light interceptor. This definition was quickly assimilated into a program from a tactical light bomber that could carry out a mission of air superiority. At the same time, NATO published its requirements for the LWTSF (Light Weight Tactical Strike Fighter). In response, the company presented its Mirage and Dassault Etendard.

Unlike most other success planes of the Mirage series, the F1 has a standard layout instead of a delta wing style. It's powered by a turbojet SNECMA Atar. The Mirage F1B is a tandem two-seat variant of the F1C designed for training.



The Mirage F1E was a strike and attack aircraft dedicated to incorperated updated systems and radar. Dassault also designed a two-seat version of the F1E training and education, appointed F1D.
